Important Reminders
When creating this guide we set out to make it both easy to use and filled with clear, objective, and specific examples on how to save money. As a result, you will find real dollar examples for both costs and savings throughout the course. For these examples we looked at real world current pricing as of mid-2020. We also used authoritative resources online to estimate national averages, where applicable.
That said, please understand that in all cases these numbers are estimates and/or averages and may not be an exact representation of your home, climate, situation, habits, or lifestyle. We encourage you to plug your own numbers into our examples and double check to make sure they make sense for you.
Our course includes a broad range of money savings tactics. Some modules might not work for you, while others may be so seamless to integrate you save money almost immediately. It’s important to consider each module through the lens of your individual life. Many modules may require you to adjust your habits in order to be effective.
Saving money by adjusting your habits is a balancing act. Some modules may not have a big enough impact on your financial bottom line to warrant the change. Pick the modules that make the most sense for you and remember that building new habits takes time.
