Budget Cordless Stick Vacuum
DEENKEE Cordless Vacuum
The Deenkee is a budget-friendly cordless stick vacuum. It includes a handful of good accessories and cleaning tools. In our cleaning tests it scored a 78% overall, which sounds bad. However, almost all of the issues were on cereal. Excluding its failings on cereal it scored a 97%, making it an excellent performer for all non-large debris. Check PricePros
- Budget price point
- Comes with good assortment of accessories
- Lightweight in-hand
Cons
- Struggles with large debris (like cereal), scored an average of 17.3% on our 3 cereal tests
- Relatively short run time at ~35 minutes
Deenkee Design
The Deenkee cordless stick vacuum has an upright body with blue and dark gray accents.
The in-hand portion of this vacuum contains the motor and dust bin as well as an on / off switch.
Similar to the design of the Dyson V Series stick vacuums, the Deenkee cordless vacuum is powered by a simple “trigger switch”. The Deenkee vacuum trigger switch works on a multi-click method.
- One squeeze – low power mode
- Two squeezes – max power mode
- Three squeezes – turn off
2-in-1 Design
There is an extension wand and floor cleaning head that makes it easy to clean all floor types, when used as a stick vacuum.
The wand also easily detaches from the on-hand portion to transform into a handheld vacuum.
When used as a handheld, there are a number of handheld attachments as options.

Size & Dimensions
The size of the Deenkee vacuum is comparable to other stick vacuum models on the market currently.
- Length: 45″
- Width: 10″
- Weight: 3.02 pounds
It is reasonably sized for a stick vacuum, but can also be used as a handheld vacuum if you are looking for something more compact.
Parts & Accessories
The Deenkee stick vacuum comes with a few different parts and accessories. Some of these parts are necessary for all uses, while other parts are designed specifically for hardwood or carpeted cleaning cycles only.
The parts and accessories that come with the Deenkee cordless stick vacuum include:
- Re-chargeable battery
- Extension wand
- Multi-surface cleaning head
- Hard floor cleaning head
- Combination tool
- Charging base
Rechargeable lithium-ion battery
This battery (2200 mAh) has an estimated run time of up to 35 minutes, but could be less depending on debris and flooring type.
Extension wand
The rigid extension wand is used when operating the Deenkee as a cordless stick vacuum. It is the long piece the connects the dustbin and motor to the cleaning head.
Floor cleaning heads
The floor cleaning head (for stick vacuum use) has a shallow cleaning deck that makes it a little difficult to clean up large debris, as it has a tendency to just push it around.
There are two brushroll attachments that work with the floor cleaning head. One is designed specifically for hardwoods, while the other is best for multi-surface flooring.
NOTE: On our cleaning tests we used the soft roller brush on hardwoods and the multi-surface brush on low and high pile carpets
Combination tool
The Deenkee also comes with a combination tool that can be used as a short crevice tool or as a soft dusting brush (the brush simply extends out).
Charging base
The charging base provides a wall-mounted station that holds the battery and cleaning attachments. As a result, you can quickly charge and store all parts and accessories.
Cleaning Performance
The following vacuum cleaner tests are designed to show how the Deenkee vacuum performs on different surfaces, picking up a variety of debris types.
We test on three different floor types, including hardwood floors, low pile carpet, and high pile carpet.

Hardwood Floor Cleaning
On hardwood floors, the Deenkee excelled at cleaning the kitty litter, rice, and sugar, but really struggled with the larger debris during our cereal test.
Overall the cleaning deck is just too low to be able to capture debris this large.

Low Carpet Cleaning
When cleaning low pile carpet, we saw simiar results to the hardwoods. Good performance when cleaning the kitty litter, rice, and sugar, but really struggled with the cereal.
Unlike on hardwoods, where the Deenkee couldn’t capture ANY of the cereal, the carpet did help to provide a bit of friction so he could suck up about half of the cereal that was dropped.

High Carpet Cleaning
High pile carpet was definitely the poorest performance, where it wasn’t able to capture any of the cereal and struggled with the fine sugar debris test as well.
It was able to capture basically all of the kitty litter and rice again so that was certainly a good sign, but doesn’t completely negate the debris it did had problems with.

Maneuverability & Maintenance
Maneuverability and maintenance play a big role in the overall usability of any vacuum, but this is especially true for cordless stick vacuums, which are designed to accommodate a variety of cleaning jobs.
How easy is it to use?
The maneuverability of the Deenkee cordless stick vacuum is about what you would expect from a lightweight cordless vacuum. It is under 5 pounds, easy to maneuver around tight spaces or easy to carry up and down stairs, as needed.
- Weight: 3.02 pounds
- Width: 10″
- Length: 45″
- Turning: 90°
The quick attachments make it easy to transform this vacuum between stick and handheld vacuum.
How easy is to maintain?
Maintenance on the Deenkee cordless vacuum is not dissimilar from other cordless stick vacuums and includes the following simple tasks:
- Empty the dust bin as needed.
- Check the brushroll for clogs or wrapped debris (like hair or strings).
- Maintain the filter and replace as needed.
- Recharge and replace the battery as needed.
Is the Deenkee worth it?
So overall, is the Deenkee a good value and worth it?
I would say that you get what you pay for with the Deenkee.
It’s a budget-priced cordless stick vacuum with basic features, a decent run time, and good cleaning performance against certain debris.
If you are looking for a vacuum to clean up large debris or super fine debris on carpet, this is likely not the best cordless stick vacuum for you, as it significantly struggled with both of these tests.
Nevertheless, the price is fair for the level of cleaning performance on non-cereal tests. Whether or not DEENKEE is worth it comes down to the types of debris you expect a robot to be able to clean.

Should you buy the Deenkee vacuum?
The Deenkee is a decent cordless stick vacuum and does have some advantages over other models depending on what exactly you’re looking for.
I would recommend the Denkee if you’re looking for the following features in a cordless stick vacuum:
- Low price – The Deenkee cordless is very affordable for most people shopping for stick vacuums. If you don’t need many bells and whistles and are most concerned with the bottom dollar, the Deenkee could be a good budget option.
- Changable brushrolls – This model comes with two different brushrolls that snap into the same cleaning head. Depending on what floor type you’re dealing with, you can quickly and easily trade the brushrolls out.
- Run Time – The Deenkee only has a 35 minute run time, which isn’t a huge amount of time, but it’s not bad (especially considering the price).

Performance Note – most of the time our performance score is based on a straight score taken from the percentage of debris removed. Based on that, the Deenkee should have scored a 78%. However, because most of Deenkee’s issues were related to its inability to remove cereal and it scored very well on the other 9 tests we feel that the 78% was too harsh. As a result, we have increased the cleaning score to a 90% overall due its average debris remove of 97% on the other 9 cleaning tests.

Summary
The Deenkee cordless is a 2-in-1 stick vacuum that doubles as a handheld, making it easy for quick messes or whole-home cleaning. This vacuum is ultra-lightweight, has a run time of up to 35 minutes, and comes with interchangeable brushrolls for the cleaning head. It did struggle with cleaning large debris and ultra-fine debris, but did a decent job on that mid-range debris. If you’re not picky on performance and don’t need a huge list of bells-and-whistles, the Deenkee could be a good option for you.
